The Hive Investment Society (“the Hive”) is an investment club that provides a place for members to connect, engage, and learn from each other, including but not limited to the ability to earn rewards for successful trades (the “Service”). The Hive is owned and managed by the Block 3 Strategy Group, LLC (“Block 3,” “us,” or “we”). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of individuals who are accepted as Hive members and who access and use the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the use of the Service. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Block 3. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those websites before providing any personal information.

Personal Information

This includes information you provide, for instance, when you fill in forms to apply for membership or register for services available through the Service, subscribe to services on our Service, or post material.   • Credit Card information for payment of membership dues.

Membership is open only to individuals over the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove the information and terminate the child’s membership, if applicable.

  • You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by following the instructions provided in the messages or contacting us at hello@block3strategy.io.

  • Note that California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
